The more I look at this man, the more astonished I become at how such an individual ever managed to become President. He is totally speechless without a teleprompter. He is completely blind to economic reality. He is deaf to the pleas of unemployed and downtrodden Americans who want him to stop hobnobbing with celebrities, attending fancy dinners, and giving pretty speeches so that he can actually do the job he was elected to do. He likes going on late night talk shows and nonchalantly bragging about smoking marijuana and doing “maybe a little blow” so that he can come across as a cool, hip person who can connect with a cool, hip crowd. The fact that he confessed to a felony on national TV and is subject to immediate arrest never crossed anyone’s mind. My only consolation (and it’s a very small one, as I don’t enjoy seeing my country get dragged down into a morass of over-regulation and liberal dogma, not to mention watching a crumbling economy that is on the verge of total collapse) is that I did not vote for this specimen. Yes, I voted for McCain and Romney, but I take no pleasure in twisting the knife that is currently planted between the shoulder blades of those who didn’t.
Barack is held in such low regard by other world leaders that a great many of them will not carve time out of their schedules to meet him, and our Ambassador staff overseas all come back with the same stories of being grilled by foreign government officials with questions like “why can’t you pass a budget?” “Why is Barack focusing on these ridiculous issues when there are so many others more pressing?” Why can’t you stop borrowing so much money and start living within your means?” “Do you realize that no one takes either your country or your elected leaders seriously anymore?”
To Barack, the Constitution is not a set of noble principles upon which our nation was founded, it is an inconvenient document that needs to be edited down and legislated away because the men who wrote it did not have the benefit of his wisdom, and therefore everything they wrote is wrong.
Is he a clueless fool or an arrogant, out of touch elitist? The more I look at this man, the more unable I am to answer this question, as his actions and decisions could fall comfortably in to either camp. Here are some examples, and arguments for each point of view. I will leave it up to you, the reader, to make up your own mind.
“You Didn’t Build That!” Barack’s statement to all business owners, telling them that their hard work and dedication towards creating their businesses counts for nothing.
Clueless Fool: Barack has no business experience. None. No experience developing a product, building a client base, hiring staff, managing a payroll, expanding a business, or running the day to day operations of anything. He doesn’t understand that there are businesses right now that are cancelling plans to expand operations and hire more employees because they cannot afford Obamacare. There are many small businesses that are planning on laying off all their workers and closing their doors because they cannot afford Obamacare. But Barack simply cannot fathom this. His only experience is in academia, where he was sheltered from the real world by the rose-colored glasses so many academics wear, and in politics, where he is sheltered from reality by freeloading and ass-kissing sycophants whose sole purpose is to tell him only what he wants to hear. This environment both encourages and nurtures his cluelessness, which is the reason why he makes statements like this.
Arrogant Elitist: Barack simply assumes that every idea that comes to his head is the correct idea, every decision he makes is the correct decision, and every plan he has is the correct plan. This is the true hallmark of elitism, wherein one simply refuses to entertain any other point of view because their point of view is the only true path. This same attitude is what led Barack to put out his wife and kids on the campaign circuit when his numbers were falling. Michelle’s face was out there just as much as his, if not more so. If one did not know better, you would think she was running for re-election, not him. Barack thinks that everyone will like him because everyone likes his wife, because she is his wife, not because she has ever accomplished anything. Watch closely, as we get deeper into his character, and Barack’s position becomes ever more desperate, look how his elitist arrogance has caused him to check out of the Presidency completely. He just doesn’t care anymore, and he’s filling his days with golf, talk shows, and late night TV, while ignoring his responsibilities completely.

Clueless Fool: Only a completely clueless moron would tell millions of out of work people, whose hopes for any kind of gainful employment grow dimmer with each passing week, that the country is heading in the right direction, especially after the release of a report that most definitely states that the whatever the direction the country is heading, it’s not the right one. It’s a senseless declaration that almost, but not quite, equals Neville Chamberlain’s gleeful waving of a piece of paper and grandly announcing “peace in our time!” Excuse me, Barack, but Neville wants his rose-colored glasses back.
Arrogant Elitist: When Barack says “we’re heading in the right direction”, he means HIM, not YOU. By YOU, I am referring to the millions of Americans trapped in a car with no brakes, careening down a hill towards a canyon with a bunch of jagged rocks at the bottom. The people in that car can’t get jobs, can’t get credit, can’t pay the rent, can’t pay the bills, can’t put food on the table, and can’t see any hope. The good thing for Barack is he’s not in that car. He’s waving carelessly at it as it speeds by, because he doesn’t care. He’s got a job, a house, food on the table, and no worries, and he will have all that whether he gets re-elected or not. Now that he has been re-elected, he has four more years on a tax payer-funded gravy train, and after that he will retreat into a academia and a high paying job, where he can give maybe one lecture a week, write a few more books full of made-up stories that he tries to pass off as fact, and have his elitist ass regularly kissed by other academics who think he’s best thing since making tenure. He doesn’t care about unemployment because as far as he is concerned the only unemployment rate that matters is his, and its’ at zero percent.
Now that the American people have elected and re-elected Barack (as Frank Zappa said, there is more stupidity that hydrogen in the universe), then they have no right to complain as their freedoms are legislated away, unemployment continues to rise, and our economy collapses, because in their stupidity they will have gotten the President they deserve.
